Prince 2016年ピアノの弾き語りによる「Piano & a Microphone Tour 」の3月4日Oracle Arena:Oakland CA USAでのライブを収録しています。プリンスの遺作ツアーとなってしまった 「Piano & a Microphone Tour 」ですが内容の素晴らしさは、文句のつけようが無く同じ楽曲でもま るで新曲と勘違いするほど完成度の高いアレンジメントの連続で聞きどころ満載です。Openingに披 露された「Over the Rainbow 」には感動します。soundqualityは、Aud収録で全体的にピアノライブ 特有の残響感のある収録で若干収録位置が遠目にも聞こえますがその分まるで会場で聞いているかの 如くライブが感じられます。会場に詰めかけたオーディエンスの盛り上がりがすさまじく時折聴こえ る大歓声もありますがライブの素晴らしさは、終始安定して聞く事ができます。「プリンスよ永遠な れ」
