Michael Schenker Group 1980年 1981年の音源 映像をカップリングしたアイテムとなります。1980年の後半に当時は、大人気を誇るドラマー コージーパウエルが参加しMSGが結成されスタジオアルバムのリリース後の日本公演が行われオフィシャルリリースされましたが本アイテムでの武道館公演は、約97分間にわたりコンプレート収録されています。オフィシャルリリースでは、約76分程度の収録時間ですがred tapes Budokanでは当日のバンドに息遣いや荒々しさ等リアリティたっぷりに堪能できます。できます。bonustrackで武道館公演の別SBDソースが11曲収録されこちらも興味深くいかにアーティストがライブを収録し製品化するまでのいくつも補修等行い製品化されるかがわかる内容となっています。1980年9月に行われたイギリス ダービーでのライブでは、MSGとしてアルバム 「神話」のRecordingが開始される前のperformance音源となり殆どがUFOなどの楽曲で構成されています。バンドとして結成直後の貴重なライブとなります。Proshot DVDは、1981年1月 ハンブルグで行われた映像となりコージーパウエル在籍時のほとんど残されていないライブ映像となり丁重に補修され画面サイズもワイド対応に編集されています。 MSG1980年より1981年のコージー在籍時のArchive tapeとなります。Soundqualityは、red tapes Budokan及びred tapes DerbyはAudience収録ながらライン収録に匹敵するqualityとなっており安定した高音質となっています。DVDはProshot収録でメニュー チャプター仕様となっています。
