Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow 2016年6月17日Freilichtbühne Loreley, St. Goarshausen, Germanyで行われたMonsters of Rockでのライブを収録してます。2015年にRainbowやDeep Purpleの楽曲を行うユニットバンドを組み伝統あるロックフェス「Monsters of Rock」に出演する事が決定してから元レインボーやディープパープルのメンバーがバンドに参加する噂が絶えなく結果的には、無名の実力派ヴォーカル Ronnie Romeroが参加し他は、Blackmore's Nightのメンバーで構成され今回のライブに出演しライブ自体の内容は、ほとんどがDeep Purple＆Rainbowのヒット曲で組まれ往年のファンには最高の内容となり楽曲のアレンジメントもBlackmore's Nightの流れが取り入れられ且つハードロックギタリスト リッチーブラックモアとしての聞かせどころは、随所にありRonnie Romeroの歌唱力と勢いのあるヴォーカルが絶妙にマッチし素晴らしい出来の復活ライブです。soundqualityは、Aud収録ですが良質に記録されクリアー感 臨場感も問題なくオーディエンスノイズに邪魔されることなく終始高音質で堪能できます。Stargazerは、感動モノです。
